New: manage it all by talking to Claude
“I've been building websites for clients and side projects for over 20 years. Managing email across my domain portfolio used to be dreadful. Now it's fun, and I'm not paying per address across a handful of providers anymore.”

What you get

Why people are switching to MailSprout.

One dashboard for every account

Create, name, and manage every email account on every domain you own. From one place.

Works across registrars

Your domains can live at GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, anywhere. MailSprout brings them under one roof.

Unlimited accounts

As many you@, hello@, support@, and project@ addresses as you want, on every domain you own. All on one plan.

One flat price

$15/mo covers every domain and every account. Pay yearly to save 2 months. Two more plans for bigger storage and higher send volume.

Guided setup

Our setup wizard walks you through your first domain in 5-10 minutes. 30 seconds per email account after that, with a QR code for your phone.

Real email, on your domain

Send and receive in Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook, anywhere. Your mail lives at your domain, not in a walled garden.

How it works

Three steps. Two of them take seconds.

Add your domain and our setup wizard detects where your DNS is hosted, then walks you through the one-time setup. It's the same step every email provider uses, 5-10 minutes per domain with step-by-step guidance. After that, creating an email account is a 30-second QR scan.

1

Add your domain

Enter your domain and the wizard detects where its DNS is hosted (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Porkbun, Squarespace, anything), then shows you exactly which settings to copy and where to find them. It's the same handful any email host needs.

2

Make an email account

Type the name before the @ (you, hello, support, whatever). We create the account and hand you a one-time password and a QR code.

3

Scan to set up your phone

Point the iPhone camera at the QR code, tap Install on the profile that downloads, and Apple Mail is configured. Works on a Mac too. For Gmail, Outlook, or Android, we give you the server settings with a one-tap copy.

Every domain after the first uses the same flow: 5-10 minutes of DNS settings, then unlimited 30-second email account creations.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the easiest way to try MailSprout?
Sign up for the $15/mo plan (we have a 30-day money-back guarantee; full terms at mailsprout.io/terms#refund) and start with a domain that doesn't currently have email on it. Changing DNS on a domain with active mail will interrupt that flow, so if you're moving over from Google Workspace or similar, follow one of our migration guides first. A lot of people start on a side-project domain to see how it works, then bring the main one across once they're comfortable.
Will my old email come with me?
Yes. We have step-by-step migration guides for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Zoho, and most other email services. Each guide walks you through using imapsync's free web app to copy your old mail across. If you're moving from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or Zoho, email support@mailsprout.io and we'll help you plan the cutover. Read the Google Workspace migration →
Which registrars work?
Any registrar with DNS access. We have step-by-step tutorials for GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Porkbun, Squarespace (including ex-Google Domains customers), and Hover. There's also a generic walkthrough that covers IONOS, Name.com, and anything else.
What's involved in setup?
Our setup wizard detects where your domain's DNS is hosted and walks you through it. It's the same setup you'd do with any email provider: a handful of DNS settings copied into your registrar, the way Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 work too. You do it once per domain, about 5-10 minutes, with step-by-step guides for every registrar. After that, each email account takes about 30 seconds: type a name, scan a QR code with your iPhone, tap Install on the profile that downloads, and Apple Mail is configured. Works on a Mac too. For Android, Outlook, or Thunderbird we give you the server settings with a one-tap copy.
Can I manage my email with Claude?
Yes. MailSprout has an official Claude connector. Connect it once, then create, audit, and manage email accounts on every domain you own by typing in plain English. Because every plan is one flat price for unlimited accounts, telling Claude to make a new account never adds to your bill. See mailsprout.io/claude for how to connect. See MailSprout for Claude →
Can I send newsletters or marketing email?
No. MailSprout is for human-to-human business email, not marketing. Newsletters, promotional campaigns, and cold-outreach sequences aren't allowed, regardless of opt-in status. Each account can send up to 400 emails an hour, which is plenty for normal business mail. If you need to send campaigns, use a tool built for it like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. Read the Marketing Email Policy →
Is MailSprout the right fit for me?
If you want real email on a domain you own, for yourself or a team, yes. The one thing we don't do is replace the rest of Google Workspace: no Docs, Drive, Calendar, or Meet. If your team lives in those, keep Workspace and use us for the email. And if you only need one account on one domain, Zoho Mail's free tier is fine. Come back when you have more domains.
