What happens when you click Continue

You will create your login through our sign-in partner, pick a plan, then add your first domain. Setup at your domain registrar takes about 10 minutes the first time. It's the same DNS step any email provider has you do when you switch, and we walk you through it for your specific registrar. Every email account you create after that takes 30 seconds.

One thing to check

MailSprout is for human-to-human business email, not marketing. Newsletters, bulk campaigns, and cold-outreach sequences are not allowed regardless of opt-in status. If you need to send campaigns, use a tool built for it like Klaviyo or Mailchimp. See the Marketing Email Policy (opens in a new tab) for the full rule. If you only need one email account on one domain, Zoho Mail's free tier is a better fit.
