Manage your billing and plan.

Everything to do with money lives in one place, and you are in control of all of it. You can change your card, grab a receipt, move between monthly and yearly, or cancel, without waiting on us. Here is where each of those lives and what to expect.

Open the billing portal

Sign in to your MailSprout dashboard and click Manage subscription. That button opens the secure Stripe customer portal in a new view. Stripe is our payment processor, so your card details live with them, not with us. This is the same portal for every billing task below.

You will not need a separate password for the portal. The Manage subscription button signs you in automatically from your dashboard session.

Update your card

In the portal, open the payment method section and add or replace your card. The new card takes over on your next charge. If a payment ever fails (an expired card is the usual reason), updating it here is the fix, and Stripe will retry automatically.

View and download invoices

The portal keeps a full billing history. Open the invoices list to see every charge, and download any of them as a PDF for your records or your accountant. Each invoice shows the plan, the period it covers, and the amount.

Switch between monthly and yearly

Both billing options live on the same plan, so switching is a single change in the portal. Pick monthly or yearly and confirm. Stripe handles the math behind the scenes (this is called proration), so when you switch mid-cycle you only pay the difference rather than starting over.

Cancel (and keep service until the period ends)

If you need to stop, click Manage subscription and choose to cancel. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, so your email keeps working right up to that date. After that, no further charges. You can re-subscribe later any time you like.

We offer a 30-day money-back window. If you are inside that window and want a refund, email support@mailsprout.io from the address on your account and we will sort it out. No hoops, no hard feelings.
